| FUNCTION |
Draws a circle. The center of the circle is given by x and y parameters. The circle is drawn with the current pen, and its interior is filled with the current brush.
Parameters
- x - x-coordinate of the center of the circle
- y - y-coordinate of the the center of the circle
- radius - radius of the circle
This function is essentially the same as GfxEllipse( x - radius, y - radius, x + radius, y + radius );
